Morph Fit ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Morph LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following service providers only as needed to operate the app, and each has its own privacy policy:
Certain fitness data may be visible to other users based on your privacy settings (e.g., friends, leaderboards, live workouts).
If you join Morph through your employer, your employer sees team totals only, never your name or your individual data. See Section 8.
Morph Fit uses AI to build workout and cardio sessions, suggest exercises, and write coaching notes. Our AI provider is currently Anthropic. If we change provider, the in-app consent screen will name the new one and ask you again.
We ask first. Nothing is sent to an AI provider until you allow it on the in-app AI consent screen. If you allow it, the following may be sent with each AI request: your profile (age, sex, height, bodyweight, experience level, goals, equipment, and any injuries or limitations you have entered), your recent workouts, lifts and cardio, the workout being planned, text you type in the workout notepad (for inline suggestions), and a derived recovery/readiness summary built from your Apple Health data (your readiness score and the signals behind it, such as heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep). Your name and email address are not sent.
We do not send your raw Apple Health records to AI providers, we do not use your data to train AI models, and our AI provider does not use your data for its own purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time by turning AI off in Settings → AI settings: AI features stop, nothing further is sent, and the rest of the app keeps working. AI features are available to subscribers, with a daily usage limit.
If you connect Apple Health, Morph reads the data types listed in Section 2 through Apple's HealthKit framework, only after you grant permission on Apple's Health permission screen. We use this data solely to provide app features — scheduling cardio around your lifts, estimating training load and readiness, prescribing mobility, and showing your fitness trends. This data is stored on our secure servers and linked to your account so these features work across your devices.
What Morph writes to Apple Health. If you record a walk or run with Morph's tracker and allow it on Apple's Health permission screen, Morph saves that session to Apple Health as a workout, with its duration, distance and GPS route (and, for a walk, the walk type and any load you carried). Morph writes nothing else to Apple Health. The GPS route is saved to Apple Health on your device; it is not sent to Morph's servers.
You can revoke access at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health → Morph, or by disconnecting Apple Health in the app. Deleting your account deletes your synced Health data.
If you grant location access, your device checks whether you are at one of your saved places (home, gym, work) so the day's suggestion fits what you have access to. While you record a walk or run, the tracker uses GPS to measure distance and route on your device; Morph's servers receive only the totals (such as distance and duration), not the route. Your saved-place profiles are stored on our servers, but your raw coordinates are not sent to or stored by Morph's servers. When you request a nearby-walk suggestion, your device queries the OpenStreetMap Overpass API directly for nearby routes; those coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap for that lookup only. You can revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings.
If your employer covers your Morph plan, you join their team with a code, and only after you agree. Your employer can see team totals: how many people joined; their starting activity levels; how many got started in their first week; weekly activity; the reactivation rate; total sessions and minutes, by type (workouts, walks, mobility); missed sessions made up; survey averages and the split of answers to "would you keep using Morph"; and quotes people chose to share. Detailed totals are only shown for groups of 10 or more, so no single person can be picked out. Below 10 people, your employer sees only how many joined and the total number of sessions.
Your employer never sees your name, which workouts you did, when or where you trained, your answers to individual questions, or any health data (such as sleep, heart rate, readiness or body measurements). We never sell your data, and never share it with your employer's health insurance plan.
A quote from you is only shared if you choose to share it, either anonymously or with your first name.
You can leave your employer's team anytime in Settings → Company. Your account and history stay yours. If your employer's plan ends, your data stays with you, and you can keep using Morph on your own plan or stop.
Morph Fit offers a subscription at $9.99/month with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are purchased on the web: checkout is hosted by RevenueCat Web Billing and payment is processed by Stripe. Unless you cancel first, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the 14 days. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in the app, from the manage link in any receipt email, or by emailing morphfitnessapp@gmail.com. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store before we moved to web billing are cancelled through your App Store settings. See the Terms of Service for the full billing terms.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and secure password hashing (bcrypt). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account; also available on the subscription screen). When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal information — including workouts, Apple Health data, photos, saved places, company memberships, and survey answers — within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal or financial purposes.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first (see Section 9), or it keeps billing; the app reminds you of this before you delete.
Morph Fit is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to receive a portable copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can download a copy of your data (Settings → Download my data), delete your account, withdraw AI consent, and update your privacy settings directly in the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date above.
