You show up.
Morph does the rest.
Most fitness apps are mirrors: they show you what you did. Morph is an engine. It decides what's next, adapts it to your real life, and keeps the whole week coherent so the only job left is showing up.
1 · It plans your whole week
Tell Morph your goal, your days, and what you have access to: a gym, a pair of dumbbells, or nothing at all. It builds a full week of movement around that: strength sessions, walks, cardio, and recovery, sized to your experience and your calendar. There's no template to pick and no program to research. The plan exists before you've thought about it.
2 · It adapts every single day
Each morning Morph re-reads the situation (how you slept, how recovered you are, what happened yesterday, how much time you actually have) and reshapes today to fit. A packed calendar turns a 40-minute session into a focused 15. A rough night makes today deliberately lighter. A missed session doesn't die; it moves to where the week can absorb it.
When Morph changes something on your behalf, it tells you in one line: "Morph fixed it. Moved Pull Day to Thursday. Nothing for you to do." You never open the app to a plan that's quietly wrong.
3 · It keeps you moving all day
Health is mostly what happens outside workouts. Morph learns your daily rhythm and nudges the right small thing at the right moment: a ten-minute walk after lunch, a movement break between meetings, steps toward a target based on your own baseline rather than a vanity number. Nudges respect quiet hours, adapt to how you respond, and never guilt-trip.
4 · Logging takes seconds
Type your workout like a human ("Bench 3x8 at 185") and Morph parses the sets, does the math, and tracks the progression. One tap logs a set; a rest timer and Lock Screen Live Activity run the session. Workouts, steps, sleep, and heart data sync automatically from Apple Health, so most of your movement logs itself.
5 · Recovery is part of the plan
Morph computes a daily readiness score from your sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate, tracks muscle-level fatigue from what you've actually done, and schedules easier weeks before you'd ever need them. Rest days count. Nothing about the plan treats recovery as failure.

Common questions
Do I need a gym?
No. Morph builds sessions for whatever you have: a full gym, a hotel room, a pair of dumbbells, or just floor space. Tell it what's available and the plan fits itself to that.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks. Morph re-plans the week around the miss and tells you what changed. There are no streaks to lose. Consistency is measured in weeks that never reset, not chains that snap.
Is it iPhone only?
Yes, for now. Morph goes deep on iPhone (Apple Health, Live Activities, readiness from your sleep and heart data) rather than shallow everywhere. Android is on the long-term roadmap.
Does it do nutrition?
Deliberately not yet. Morph is movement-centric: training, daily movement, and recovery. It does that completely rather than everything halfway.
What about my data?
No ads, no ad-tracking SDKs, and your data is never sold. Health data (workouts, sleep, readiness) stays in your account and is used only to run your plan. Anonymous usage analytics help us fix the product, nothing more.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in one place. Your subscription is managed through the same secure checkout you signed up with, and the app links you straight to it. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
